Salon International 2023 invites visitors to meet their hair heroes, the latest product launches, inspirational trend presentations and learn from the best in the business. The Hairdressing Awards Gallery were sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional and they created custom photo booth software with a unique output..
Attract page
The opening page of the app invited users to have their photo taken. The design matched was one of the key colours in the Schwarzkopf brand guidelines.
Subscribe
Before starting a photo booth session users had the option to sign up to the Schwarzkopf mailing list on a custom subscription page.
Colour wheel
To add a creative element to the photos we implemented a colour wheel animation that featured different moods and emotions to interact with visitors and inspire their look for the photo.
Glitch output
To create the image we captured two photos and separated the layers to create a glitch effect. We combined each emotion with two colours to complete the look.
QR Code page
Upon scanning the QR code, visitors promptly received their image on their phone, allowing them to conveniently download it from the Schwarzkopf branded page. Additionally, they were provided with a 6×4 souvenir print to bring home as well.
