Calvin Klein invited customers across their European stores to be part of their Pride campaign. They encouraged customers to show what love means to them and capture the moment in a photo booth. Selected shots will feature on digital screens in your city during Pride week.

Calvin Klein’s campaign showcased visuals from the brand’s Pride campaign. It encouraged visitors to show what they love, with family at the heart of it.

Each page screen had the instructional text in the language for each market the booths were installed in for the Pride campaign.

Data capture

The custom data capture page had three opt-ins including the GDPR box, to become part of the CK Pride campaign, and a third opt-in that integrated into Calvin Klein’s CRM system

Email

The email design followed a similar style to Calvin Klein’s newsletters they send to customers who sign up through their online channels.

White Label

Calvin Klein’s This is Love Pride campaign took place globally and the marketing content is shared across the world. The photo experience had to fit seamlessly into the This is Love campaign imagery and we developed the app to feature the colours, fonts and campaign imagery CK use in their marketing campaign.

CRM integration

Calvin Klein required two marketing opt-ins, one for visitors to participate in their digital campaigns partnering with JCDecaux. The second opt-in encouraged visitors to sign up to their mailing list and get a 10% off welcome offer to spend in store or online.  We integrated the Boothclub database system with Calvin Klein’s CRM so they could capture data in real time and send out the welcome offer email. The integration was separated for each market.

Multilingual 

Calvin Klein’s custom app had the ability to use Apple language and region settings to ensure the instructions across the photo booth screens had clear instructions for participants.
